Refunds and Returns Policy
At IKIGAI Apparel, we operate a made-to-order system to reduce waste and support sustainability. Please refer to our size chart and guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind:
For non-personalised items, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return and refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
(Made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.) -
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and provide a photo of the item. The item will need to be inspected to determine the next steps. -
Order Not Received:
If you haven't received your order, please ensure that you have: - An email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Tracked your order and it's status.
- Checked for any contact attempts from the courier via email, phone call or attempted delivery cards.
- Checked that nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
- Checked that a neighbour hasn't accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- Refund/Return Charge:
- A charge of up to £10 may be applied to cover administrative and processing costs for eligible refunds/returns.
- This charge does not apply to faulty, damaged, or lost items.
Please contact us and the courier within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to investigate and resolve this for you.
